They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

Great location-- just outside of the hustle and bustle of the touristy center. Bikes were available for us anytime. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful-- ESPECIALLY Le! The two-bedroom apartment was perfect! Each room (including the living room) had its own air conditioning unit. There was a fridge and a microwave which were great for reheating leftovers because we ate everything in Hoi An! Would stay here again.

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).
