Everything. Location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the old town. The staff was super helpful, with lots of suggestions on food and activities. We booked a tour and a show through them, getting better prices than online. The place offers free bikes, although we didn't use them. The room is nice and the bed very comfy. Very clean, AC working well. The bathroom is spacious and with a glass between the shower and the rest, so sink and toilet don't get wet, something we didn't find often here.

This was the perfect place to stay halfway through our trip to Vietnam, where we could relax by the pool on the roof and do laundry in our rooms. Filtered water in the lobby was nice so we didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Loved the full kitchen!

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).

It was such a gorgeous stay. I felt like I was in Morocco. The pool was beautiful and the rooms were stunning and comfortable. The staff spoke English and were kind. Highly recommend!

We just love this place!❤️ Mostly due to the owner Linh and her husband and family, but also due to the location in A Bang Beach. It’s perfect to stay a bit outside Hoi An and be able to spend time at the beach and then when you feel for it you can go to The Old Quarters of Hoi An. It’s a 10 minutes ride by 🚘 or 🏍️ to town. In A Bang, near the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants to choose from. One of our favorites is Ken’s vegetarian restaurant! You have to try, even if you’re not Vegan! For lunch we went to Phuong Beach Restaurant and had delicious food. A recommendation is to have the Avocado Smoothie! The beach is beautiful, although not for snorkeling, cause there are a lot of waves and most of the days quite windy, when we were there! Now to the most important! Linh is the best person and the kindest hostess you can think of! She does everything to make you feel comfortable and we liked speaking to here about a lot of things. She’s not just a hotel owner, she’s become a friend! ❤️

Very good location. Comfortable and clean. The guy who looked after us was very nice and always had translate ready for us to talk to each other. Air con in room was great.
