Its on an old disused golf course. The cabins are built overlooking an old fairway with craggy peak mountains overlooking and loads of wild life. The accommodation was much better than the photographs portrayed. I particularly like the large windows giving great views. It is very isolated but that's what we wanted. Very friendly hosts.

Castaway Holiday Apartments ligger i Strahan, bara 5 minuters promenad från stadens centrum. Detta boende med självhushåll har Wi-Fi. Alla lägenheter har platt-TV, sittgrupp och soffa. While the unit was the closest to the street, it was warm, quiet, spacious and immaculately clean. Contactless checkin was a bonus but the proprietor was easy to contact and very helpful. After a long day travelling we opted to buy groceries and cook dinner in-house rather than dine out. Everything we needed was in the cupboards. All windows had insect mesh and openers that worked with ease (unlike many other places we have stayed). We decided to stay another night but unfortunately they were fully booked so had to leave after just one night, but offered parking for the day while we took the Gordon River cruise (which we didnt take up but appreciated the offer). The unit had 2brms - one with a double, one with twin setup with electric blankets. Just one block from the grocery store. Would highly recommend for any travellers.

Masons Cottages ligger tvärs över gatan från Norfolk Bay och erbjuder fristående studior och stugor. Alla har utsikt över trädgården och antingen ett fullt utrustat kök eller pentry med spishäll. Excellent hosts and excellent cottage. We really enjoyed our stay, that was too short in hindsight, and highly recommend masons cottage

Armalong Winery Chalets ligger i Grindelwald, 20 minuters bilresa från Launceston. Här erbjuds boende med självhushåll och panoramautsikt över floden och dalen. Incredible view, comfortable, clean and well equipped

Old Bishop's Quarters offers 5 different and unique 1-2 bedroom apartments, within an acre of gardens, with water or mountain views. This is the most amazing cottage. It is very private and authentic and we enjoyed our engagement trip staying here. Anyone needing a romantic get a away - Summer or Winter - this is the perfect spot. There is a fireplace, and a really cool feature where the bathroom goes outdoors as well.

Werndee ligger i en vacker trädgård på en historisk herrgård i Federation. Här erbjuds fristående stugor. Stugorna har gratis WiFi och en uteplats med utsikt över trädgården. The apartment was very comfortable. Small personal touches, like a packet of our favourite biscuits on the bench, and some cooking oil with basic spices, really helped us feel welcome and cared about.
