The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

The apartment was very spacious, warm and clean. The view was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dog and although it was not allowed in the hotel restaurant, we were provided with the option to have our breakfast and dinner delivered to our apartment. Although you need a ride to get to the slopes, the location was great for us - the hotel is surrounded by forest. What you get is fresh air, great views, calm atmosphere and true relaxation.

One of the best price/quality places in pamporovo. Very satisfied. Recommend for sure.
