It was the perfect apartment for 4 of us with an incredible view. It's has a very big kitchen and a huge living room and balcony perfect for spending time with your companions. Berlokasi di Singen, 31 km dari Monastic Island of Reichenau dan 32 km dari Stasiun Kereta Pusat Konstanz, PRIMERA Apartments menyediakan akomodasi dengan WiFi gratis, AC, lounge bersama, dan teras. We actually liked everything about the appartment. We stayed in Apt. 2, which had a nice well kept garden with a comfortable sitting place which we could enjoy during the whole day. The owner was very helpful and kind and welcomed us upon our arrival. There is a parking place just in front of the building ( charge of Euro. 8.-- for each day) and a big supermarket 5-7 minutes walk. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement for free use any time of day and night. Singen is well situated for travelling to Switzerland and in Germany, i.e. Konstanz, and other very nice places around.

Lovely bright hotel room with small balcony. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided and kept the room adequately cool overnight. It was very warm during our visit; The hotel left a stock of clean sheets by the lift for customers to use instead of duvets - a welcome service in these conditions. Good clean bathroom and great shower. We didn’t use the small swimming pool on this trip but it’s good to have another time. Lovely breakfast. Garage available but we were allowed to park our 2 motorcycles for free beside the garage entrance. A nice walk along the lake side into the centre of town makes this hotel a lovely place to stay. We would definitely choose to come back.

The check-in process was very helpful and friendly. We got detailed instructions from the most caring lady at the hotel counter and easily accommodated ourselves in the apartment. Location is also superb, the bus stop is right across the road from the doorway. The apartment itself was spacious, big windows so loads of light during the day. The kitchen utilities galore. Everything you may need if you like cooking meals yourself. Also, the cleanness was absolute. Special thanks to the host for allowing us to use the washing machine. We were delighted to stay there for a week.
