The hotel is quiet and peaceful, modern rooms, a marina by the river gives you the opportunity to relax and swim on warm days. it is an ideal place to visit the canton of Neuchâtel and the surrounding towns. Located in Champ-du-Moulin in the Areuse Valley, Hôtel de la Truite offers spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a traditional restaurant and brasserie with a terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available. Perfect location surrounded by wooded mountain sides, though the river was quite noisy. Excellent breakfast - possibly the first time I have really enjoyed eating a continental breakfast, but that also has something to do with the relaxed atmosphere and the surroundings.

This was in a historic building, completely remodeled on the inside with every amenity.
