Highly recommended to anyone who wants quiet and calm accommodations with easy day trips. We found a secluded beach just a 5 minute drive north of Potrero. Overall our best accommodation in Costa Rica, will recommended.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Villas Welcome to Heaven is a recently renovated aparthotel located in Carrillo, 600 metres from Carrillo Beach. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. An excellent place to stay. The apartment is spacious for 4 and has all one needs plus a great location. We were previous guests and plan to return again.

Casas del Toro Playa Flamingo is located 1 km from Flamingo beach and 4 km from Conchal beach. It features an extensive garden with swimming pool and free Wi-Fi throughout.

This is a great place. The rooms are large and clean. The layout is pretty and functional, the staff are kind, helpful and professional. They really care about what they are doing. The pool is a great size for families and the whole setting is peaceful except for the squawking of the parrots twice a day. There is a great lunch spot, a la Nico, 150 meters down the road.
