Loved the location, old town is the best place to stay! We were given a bigger room and it was very clean. The breakfast was good enough to get started in the morning for us. devid was very responsive, very helpful in telling us where to visit. He does guided tours to different places as well so that would be helpful for people looking to do those. Enjoyed my time here and definitely recommend to everyone! The view of the sunset is great from the terrace!

No recomiendo en absoluto, no merece ni estar abierto, masificado, peor con unos grandes almacenes para llegar a tu habitación, el personal desagradable mentiroso( te obligan a pagar en efectivo y no te dan factura a menos que se las pida) malísima atención, no están preparados para el turismo Si te puedas ahorrar la visita a Batumi perfecto y en cualquier caso a este sitio

We stay in Orbi City buildings for one week. Views are amazing, you can see Black Sea, city, lake and mountain from balcony. Tamila,who is working in guests relation desk was very friendly, kind and helpful. He helped me with printing the flight tickets. It is pleasure to be in touch with such nice and helpful staff.
