Great breakfast where they served superb omelets every morning:) very friendly and helpful staff as well as the owner:)

Quiet location, only 10 minute walk from the center with clean bright comfortable rooms & a nice reception area, pool and outdoor seating spaces. Staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly, & generous with their time.

Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the old port with dining and nightlife options. Everything was amazing! the room the mattress the people and the prices so normal it was a relief considering we were on an island! we were basically eating only there. !

Fantastic location on the sea front, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Spacious units with handy kitchenette and decently sized fridge - super if you have kids that suddenly go hungry. The pool is fantastic for kids and adults (separated). Breakfasts were idyllic, outside with a view of the sea, great beroert and the best yogurt! I would easily say it’s the best destination to stay in Spetses. Daily cleaning, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Overlooking Spetses old harbour 500 metres away, Lianos Hotel offers self-catering apartments with air conditioning, while it features a pool with sun terrace. Clean, convenient, great value for money and the staff & property owner were really kind and helpful. Great atmosphere!
