If you are looking for the perfect stay near Makarska than look no further! The building is brand new and it is absolutely stunning - the design is very sleek and modern, everything is decorated with taste and super super clean. Our apartment was huuge with lots of space, two balconies and a view towards the sea and sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. The pool is a very nice addition if you don't want to spend every day at the beach. There is also a small gym in the basement. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and everything freshly prepared. The staff was also super friendly, always making sure that everything was fine. The building is located just 2 minutes away from the Promajna beach with plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, so everything is close by. And if you wish to visit the nearby Makarska in the evening, it takes just 10-15 minutes by car. The building also has free parking - both in front and in the parking garage.

The host was very kind and the apartment was spotless clean and equipped very well. Everything in it is brand new. The location of the apartment is perfect, you need less than 2 min to get to the beach and your private parking and supermarket are within 50 meters. I would definitely recommend Felix facilities to everybody!

Absolutely modern apartment with a stunning view from the balcony that opens up to showcase the glory of the Adriatic sea. - The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The team also made up the sofa cum bed partially which we used during our stay - The restaurant below the apartment serves very good reasonably priced food which we enjoyed for lunch - The access to the swimming pool and the beach were massive positives. - The underground free parking is very convenient too - There is a supermarket less than 500 mtrs away which was super helpful - The host Antonija was very kind and helpful who assisted me with probably the cheapest parking spot in Split and always had a smile on her face.

It had nice facilities, welcoming and helpful staff and great peaceful location. We particularly liked our spacious and clean apartment and nice breakfast next to the pool area. The place had all it promised on the booking. Highly recommended for people who enjoy peace and comfort!

Just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Central Beach 9 is located right on the vibrant seaside promenade in Makarska. It offers an on-site restaurant and air-conditioned room and apartments. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE MOST CLEANEST HOTELS I'VE BEEN! The staff is so attentive, helpful and more than friendly. Knowledge of the languages are on top level. View from our room was magnificent. Breakfast is also more than good. We want to thank everyone on having us and treating us so good. Well done guys! See you next year! ❤️

EVERYTHING... and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Our taxi didn't show up to take our group to the Agana marina, so Tony (the owner) piled us all and our luggage into the family vehicle and drove us there himself. We were all so grateful and very impressed!!
