Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. Located in Jakarta, the recently renovated The H Tower Residence by YLS Stay offers accommodation 4.6 km from Selamat Datang Monument and 4.8 km from Grand Indonesia. It's the only facility I know where you can experience soaking tub at 28th floor with superb city vistas (skyscrapers, trains, super busy street) for LESS THAN 45 U$D. And Mas Hariyanto is very helpful

I don't think I have ever given a 10 rating before but this place certainly deserves it. That's not to say it's perfect but very very good. I booked the small 1 bed apartment and was allocated an 11th floor unit overlooking the mosque. As a result of the call to prayer I really didn't sleep well. I asked if they could move me and not only did they do so to 22nd floor (of 38!) but they gave me a free upgrade to the 2 bed unit. Super friendly and helpful staff!! The flat was immaculate. WiFi fast. Netflix accessible. Balcony with view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super hot water with nice towels and complimentary toiletries as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was well fitted and everything worked as it should. It has a great gym, swimming pool and steam room. Not sure what more one could ask for.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Jakarta, Ra Suites Simatupang is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the city. This was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in not solo based upon the location or building but the staff the treatment etc My son was not feeling well so we asked for early check in which was not only accommodated but we was upgraded for free as our room was not available There after everything was just perfect
