The only thing better than the gorgeous, clean, spacious facility was the time and care put in by Itai (the host). He was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. He made our stay easy and truly wonderful! We very highly recommend the Y House!

Everything was just perfect and so comfortable. The staff clearly took great care of the place, providing all the basic utensils and amenities needed. The location couldn't have been better, being near Zion square and just a stone's throw away from the light rail station. The vibrant environment added to the charm of the place. It was impeccably clean and tidy, and the check-in instructions were incredibly clear. The host was not only helpful but also proficient in English, which made communication a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough!

The tram stop was just around the corner, and it was so easy to find. Checking in was easy and the staff was prompt with their responses.

Great contact via Whatsaup with owner. There is good WiFi, fridge, kettle with pack of tea and coffe. You also do not need to bring shower gel etc everythig there. At last balcony ... you can sit and enjoy Jerusalem. I saw some opiniion about loudnes...I think if you want to stay in local apartment in super close to everything you should enjoy sound of city as well if you need royal condition choose citadel 5* and pay 5 times more I was super happy that I can walk 10 minutes to old town, 2 minutes to restaurant or gorcery or 4 minutes to light train and didnt expect 5* - for me perfect.
