Any minor issues, they get straight onto it as they have on site maintenence. Its about 30 mins drive from airport but as long as I had shops nearby that's the main thing as my flight was at night so well after check out.

I loved how clean and hotel like it felt. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there's even a vanity table. The aircon worked fine and we had the perfect temperature. The water pressure in the showers was sufficient and they provided enough towels and shampoo. The wifi was super fast too. I asked for an additional frying pan, washing liquid and laundry detergent and they immediately helped. We didn't know how to operate the TV, and after calling reception, we had someone come sort it in two minutes. The location is great too because there are restaurants, patisserie, shops within walking distance. And a taxi to other areas in Amman is 10-20 minutes away at a cost of 2-4 dinars.
