We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Water bottles in the fridge, coffee, toothbrushes etc. If I ever get the chance to go to Sapporo again I will try to get booked there again.

The host was so helpful with a late change meaning we arrived a bit early, and also with helping with transport

Great location, located right in Susukino where there are tons of food and entertainment options. Subway station is located nearby and we took a taxi back to Sapporo Station which was pretty cheap as well. Access was easy using door codes and the rooms are very comfortable. Washer/dryer and small kitchen are nice amenities. Highly recommended!!
