The hotel provides shuttle to restaurants for dinner and a daily shuttle back and forth to supermarket. There is a new service launching for free taxi service in Hakuba that works really well (nearest stop is Minomoki hotel, 2 min away). The apartment is well furnished, including kitchen stuff and laundry detergent (always useful). The staff also helped us book ski rental, ski school and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Rooms were great, and all facilities were perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, and the staff (Brad) were unreal. Brad not only gave us great recommendations, he also picked us up on the side of the road after checking out to take us to the bus station. Super nice guy and went out of his way to help us.
