A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.

RESIDENCE Apartments is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. I recommend this property. Apartments clean, reception nice and very helpful. Tasty breakfasts with friendly staff.
