A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.

I went to vacation with my family and we happy that we made right choice when we decided to stay in that hotel. Appartment was clean, everything was excellent . Manager was friendly and always made our wishes like a magic fairy.

RESIDENCE Apartments is located in Ulcinj, about 2 km from city center, in a very quiet part of town. The property features a spacious rooftop sun terrace and bar with unique views of the sea. The best part about this charming place is definitely its staff. Everyone from the friendly girls at the reception, to the skilled cook and waiter, went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The room is cozy, with a comfortable and clean bed, paired up with the decent-sized balcony, summed up to be a guaranteed rest for us. The place is not too far from the beach, it is a bit tricky to find tho, but completely manageable.
