I’ve traveled a lot through Mexico, and at this hotel was the best shower I’ve experienced. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which has been rare in my traveling! I received a video with clear instructions on how to enter the property which I appreciated. The staff was always quick to respond when I messaged them, and very helpful and kind. The cleaning lady was charming, was always working hard to keep the place clean, and very helpful. She greeted me every morning while cleaning around the pool and was very cheerful and nice. Always a smile on her face :) The bed was very very comfortable and I slept great with no interruptions. The air conditioner worked excellent and there was a ceiling fan in addition. Although I did not use the kitchen, it had everything you could need to prepare meals including a stovetop hot plate, microwave, and utensils. As well as a nice refrigerator which was not noisy. The place was very secure (you needed a code to enter the front door) and I noticed a lot of video cameras which was comforting. It’s in a good location, close to the ADO station, the zocalo, excellent places to eat, and was on a very quiet street. The place was very quiet in general. I felt it to be a very tranquil place and a good value for your money, I would recommend this hotel.

We had big clean room, nice bathroom, hot water, beautiful garden... It is located in the center of charming town and just few steps from bus station. I would definitely recommend it, you can't go wrong with this place.

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Suucilha asub Valladolidis, 43 km kaugusel Chichen Itzast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kohapeal on privaatne parkla. The staff was very nice, and accommodating. Susan helped us order food delivery since we arrived late. We were also able to rent another room on the spot for the same price as the ones we reserved a couple weeks ago! The location is fabulous, and was a great starting point to visit Chichen Itza and Ek Balam ruins.
