Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach. Wow what a great property the best of our trip so far and I can’t see any property being better. Check in was nice and smooth with some great recommendations, the apartment was huge with everything you could ever think of wanting and more.

Centrally located in the historic Coromandel Township, Coromandel Apartments offer self-contained accommodation with a full kitchen and a patio. We loved this self contained little house with all of the amenities we needed for a great stay in the Coromandel Peninsula, and we loved the town of Coromandel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a couple, perhaps even with kids since there is also a pull out sofa bed. Great value as well!

Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport. Washing powder was available on site. The personal gladly borrowed us a clothing hanger. The room was clean and well equipped. The resort is few steps from the lake and restaurants.

Located alongside the lovely Lake Taupo, Braxmere Lodge offers accommodation with a patio and lake views. Guests can request a BBQ and enjoy access to our boat ramp. The location was great with an amazing view of the lake and just what my wife and I needed on our honeymoon. It was great as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas like Lake Taupo itself and Tongariro National Park as we visited various Lord of the Rings filming locations surrounding and on the volcanoes. The room was clean and very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms in our three week's staying all across New Zealand.

Oreti Village Resort offers stylish apartments with private balcony, full kitchen and laundry, and views of Lake Taupo and the surrounding mountains. The breathtaking lake view deserves every cent you spend. Super quiet environment. Good fertilities in the village.

Located directly opposite the harbour and 2 minutes’ walk from Whitianga’s main beach, Esplanade Apartments offers private balconies with views of the swimming pool, marina or ocean. Spacious and clean. Excellent location. Very friendly management

Situated across the road from Buffalo Beach, Blue Marlin Apartments offers spacious apartments, some with sea views. The property is a 5-minute walk to Whitianga Marina. Free WiFi is provided. Stunning location right across from the beach. Host was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. Felt like we were part of the family by the time that we left. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone

Voyager Apartments Taupo is located 50 metres from a safe swimming beach and it is a 10-minute stroll along the lakefront to Taupo town centre. Garage with access to the property, close to the Lake. Great facility, nice bathroom with yacuzzi
