Apartment had everything we needed, location was great and Joanna who worked at reception was warm and welcoming. We will go back if we visit Krakow again. I was able to wait there after check-out because my train was late at night and they offered me tea and water. I'd definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for ski slopes and Bania thermal, breakfast had great options. Staff was awesome, and we were allowed an extra hour for check-out. There are also discounted tickets to thermal, renal of ski equipment etc, which is really nice.
