A perfect overnight location for an early morning flight. The check-in was easy once we received the door code. There was a problem receiving it through the Booking app, so we ended up communicating through regular text messages. This is no fault of the hosts, but a request to Booking to make its messaging app more reliable. We didn't even really meet the owners in person, but their hospitality and attention was constantly felt through communication and the excellent condition of the unit, which was recently renovated. Adding a TV would be just an extra perk that I am sure other guests might consider a necessity; we, however, did not need it. Thank you for the great accommodation!

Fortaleza Suites Old San Juan is located in the heart of Old San Juan close to some of the trendiest restaurants and shops in the area. The Pier 4 is only 8 minutes’ walk away. the location is amazing, the whole place is quiet, super clean and very comfortable!

Everything was very good...I would like some courtesy coffe pouches and I have to say that you have to be a mentalist to operate the shower knobs(open/close valves) 😅 But loved it I would recommend the place.
