Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Located in Funchal, Apartments Madeira Old Town are a 5-minute walk to the beach and to the Funchal old town. Location, treatment, we were allowed to stay extra time for free. This is super comfortable, when u travel with child.

Overlooking the lush Municipal Garden, the Wine Lodges offers apartments in Funchal city centre. Very beautiful place with nice atmosphere. Self checkin and checkout was very handy because we came very late and leaved very early. Location was amazing. There was a terrace with view of city or see. We had 2 botles of local vine waiting for us in the kitchen. what was nice supprice. Included was also coffe, still wather and some fruits.

Thank you Joel and Bruno! - Location a short bus ride away from Funchal city centre (buses #4, 8 and 45 stop nearby). Praia Formosa and Madeira Shopping Forum are within 30 min walk (involves some uphill walk on the way back) - Gorgeous sea view from the room and the terrace (the upside of being on a hill!) - Twin Room as shown on picture, has a kitchentte with stovetop and cooking utensils

Set in tropical gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Suite Hotel Eden Mar - Porto Bay features a lagoon-style outdoor pool. We liked the room, the breakfast was tasty and with a lot of options, the dinner too. We didn't use all the facilities the hotel offers but it offers many.

I think the name of the guy in the reception was named Hugo. He was excelent, and the welcome we got from Vera at the breakfast was also very Good. The location was also really Good. We brought an 8 months old baby and there was no problem getting around.
