Set 400 metres from Chang Puak Market, Jiang Mai 81 offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Very low key accommodation. Each floor is a different room so there’s very little guests actually staying here at a time. We really liked this. It was always quiet no matter the time. The street is a side street off the main road and there’s a ton of other hostels. The location is perfect for quick access to old town and the night market around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The internet is great for remote workers there’s multiple extenders. The maid stays on property till 5:00pm and she’s very kind! She was always attentive and asking if we needed anything. Every morning you’ll find a lite breakfast bar with cereal, snacks, and coffee. We checked in late so we just picked up our keys and walked up to our room. A/C in the rooms are always welcoming to come home too. Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave. Very useful.

Providing quiet street views and a garden, Oldy De Garden offers accommodation well located in Chiang Mai, within a short distance of Chang Puak Market, Chang Puak Gate and Three Kings Monument. The gardens outside the rooms are beautiful! Also the room is apartment style with a half kitchen so it really has everything you need. We only stayed a few days but I can see going back and staying for a month or more in a room like that! Very clean and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. She let us stay until 5pm on the day we checked out even though our check out was supposed to be at 12. Very sweet!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Astra Sky River- Chiang Mai 1 is set in Chiang Mai, 1.6 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 2.8 km from Tha Pae Gate. We loved staying in this condo, noylt far from night bazaar on Chang Clan rd. Very efficient with instructions and replies on WhatsApp... lovely spacious apartment and good cooking facilities etc... pool was stunning, day and night and a great gym and chill out room too. Proper treat for me and my girls. thank you 🙏🥰

Set within 1.6 km of Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport and 1.2 km of Chiang Mai Gate, Ay’s House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Chiang Mai. After travelling months through South East Asia, Ay's House was hands down the best stay we've had. Huge, beautiful rooms, immaculately cleaned, and the comfiest bed we've slept on ever! Also, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a 7-11 nearby and multiple cheap, authentic Thai restaurants. Ay herself was an absolute star, helping us with everything such as bike hire and recommendations of where to shop. Her siblings run a Coffee shop, noodle shop and a hotel all next to each other and they were all equally lovely. We extended our stay multiple times and even came back after Pai to stay another 5 nights. We arrived early for our second visit and her brother even drove us to a nearby restaurant to eat while we waited to check in. We fell in love with Chiang Mai, and this beautiful family made us feel as if we were with our own back home. If you're lucky enough to visit the city and Ay's House is available, you can guarantee you'll have one of the best stays ever!
