I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jiang Mai 81 hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleaner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room was clean and comfortable, and she always had a smile on her face. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the excellent communication via WhatsApp. The staff was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. The hotel itself was also top-notch. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, my stay at Jiang Mai 81 hotel was a true pleasure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. A lovely apartment in a wonderful courtyard, the location is excellent, we did everything on foot, the food market every evening is a minute's walk from the apartment, a quiet place in the heart of the city, birds and squirrels, it was wonderful

The way the owners helped finding solutions. For example leaving the key for a late check in and good communication in general.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Astra Sky River- Chiang Mai 1 is set in Chiang Mai, 1.6 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 2.8 km from Tha Pae Gate. We loved staying in this condo, noylt far from night bazaar on Chang Clan rd. Very efficient with instructions and replies on WhatsApp... lovely spacious apartment and good cooking facilities etc... pool was stunning, day and night and a great gym and chill out room too. The room was super clean, big like an apartment, water in shower had no problem, location is perfect - not so far from old town and at the same time quite. And the host Ay is so nice and kind. She really like her hotel and guests, always was ready to help, and I had feeling like I am at home, after 7 days there I really didn’t want to go home, to Phuket

The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The owner is very sociable. Eventhough he does not speak English well, he goes out of his way to communicate. A simple Thai breakfast is available every morning of instant coffee both caffinated and decaffeinated, fruit, a sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves, toast and other things. Free water is supplied daily. Towels and bedding changed daily.

Private wooden style studio room in city area is situated in the Wat Ket district of Chiang Mai, 3 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, 3.3 km from Tha Pae Gate and 3.8 km from Three Kings Monument. The bathtub we really enjoyed to use, the kitchen, the large bed. The parking lot. The washing machine. It was quiet and comfortable stay, also i could do my yoga at the balcony.
