AKA White House terletak di pusat kota Washington, DC, 2 km dari Gedung Putih. The suit was great, it was clean, organized and the location was amazing. The day we arrived they let us store our bags and shared a list of great restaurants that are around the hotel and that was helpful. Also, you are only a couple of blocks away from the White House, the reason we selected the hotel. Also, on the room the hair dryer and a drawer on one of the bedroom were not working, I reported during the morning and when we came back to the room in the afternoon everything was fixed. This is a great place to stay, a good combination of price, location and convenience.

Excellent guest relations. We had an issue with the washing machine at the room. The guest relationship manager (sorry we did not get her name) quickly responded to offer whether switching the room OR arranging laundry services for free if we do not like to move. That kind of trouble shooting was beyond our expectation and we are very satisfied.
