Heaven on Washington Fully Furnished Apartments is situated in Washington in the District of Columbia Region, 300 metres from Newseum. The accommodation features a spa bath. The apartment was simply great and really spacious. We were 5 guests and didn’t feel cramped at all. Location was perfect as well.

The day we arrived they let us store our bags and shared a list of great restaurants that are around the hotel and that was helpful. Also, you are only a couple of blocks away from the White House, the reason we selected the hotel. Also, on the room the hair dryer and a drawer on one of the bedroom were not working, I reported during the morning and when we came back to the room in the afternoon everything was fixed. This is a great place to stay, a good combination of price, location and convenience.

Whenever I got a question, Jay responded so quick and kindly. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent guest relations. We had an issue with the washing machine at the room. The guest relationship manager (sorry we did not get her name) quickly responded to offer whether switching the room OR arranging laundry services for free if we do not like to move. That kind of trouble shooting was beyond our expectation and we are very satisfied.
