The staff was very friendly, especially Alina at the front desk. The apartment we stayed at, suited our need very well. They had an additional kitchen in the common area where we were able to cook our meals comfortably.

Regular guest in New York, staying with you for the first time as my previous hotel had disappointed me. You surprised me all the more. A great concept, a more than spacious room compared to New York standards, with everything you need. No view, but quiet and no street noise - you have a great view in New York when you go out and experience the city. On the 7th floor there is not only the laundry but also all the utensils you need in the room for self-catering: dishwashing sponges, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, etc. Wow! The kitchen in the room is more than fully equipped, you can even find salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and dish towels.
