Regular guest in New York, staying with you for the first time as my previous hotel had disappointed me. You surprised me all the more. A great concept, a more than spacious room compared to New York standards, with everything you need. No view, but quiet and no street noise - you have a great view in New York when you go out and experience the city. On the 7th floor there is not only the laundry but also all the utensils you need in the room for self-catering: dishwashing sponges, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, etc. Wow! The kitchen in the room is more than fully equipped, you can even find salt and pepper, washing-up liquid and dish towels. Via the app you have a digital key and access to the hotel and room and also per app 7/24 chat support with which you can, for example, request fresh towels at any time or, if you wish, room cleaning for a fee or get support on anything else.
