Front desk Ms. Van is extremely cheerful, helpful, and understanding. She can communicate well in English. The security guy is also friendly and kind. This apartment is super clean and quiet but near to all kinds of amenities. The apartment is well equipped with washing machines, fridge, cooking facilities, and utensils. The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

Aspaces Serviced Apartments - Vinhomes West Point se encuentra en Hanói, a 3,9 km de Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh y a 4 km de Estadio My Dinh, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire... Amplios espacios. Somos 5 viajando y teníamos 3 habitaciones con camas dobles y 3 baños, dos de ellos en suite. Alejado del centro y eso está ok, en un taxi demoras 20 dependiendo del tránsito. Abajo tiene mini markets y una cafetería que no probé pero se veía rica. El desayuno tiene comida típica muy rica y también occidental. Muy ricas las home made galletitas. El personal muy amable y el chef muy amoroso. No alcanzamos a usar la piscina pero se veía genial. Lo recomiendo.

We stayed in 3 different places in Hanoi throughout our 2-week Vietnam trip, and I must say that among the places we've booked in Hanoi, this one is our most favorite. We love its location — quiet, clean, just outside the chaos of Old Quarter but walkable! The room also went beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our favorite would have to be the balcony, where we would stay in the early mornings and evenings. The host also went the extra mile to assist us and respond to our requests. She even willingly gave us a list of food stalls and coffeeshops (one is just right beside the gate, super good iced egg coffee). If we can go back to Hanoi again, this would be our first choice no doubt!

Love the place. The hotel exceeded my expectation. I see it was well taken care of. And the staff were super helpful. I cannot say anything less about the Urban Westlake.

Ami Villa Ba Vì está en Ba Vì y ofrece vistas a la montaña, jardín y terraza. El alojamiento dispone de bañera de hidromasaje y sauna. Crean and new with fabulous views of the mountains and national park. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .
