This apartment is super clean and quiet but near to all kinds of amenities. The apartment is well equipped with washing machines, fridge, cooking facilities, and utensils. The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

The variety of food, as we are from South Africa not knowing Vietnam food. Chef is excellent and friendly never said no to anything we are asking for. Security very well organized from front door to room to lift even for children. We really enjoyed the stay especially the undercover swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off, it was all very well done, thank you we will surely press on your button to visit again. Thank you.

We stayed in 3 different places in Hanoi throughout our 2-week Vietnam trip, and I must say that among the places we've booked in Hanoi, this one is our most favorite. We love its location — quiet, clean, just outside the chaos of Old Quarter but walkable! The room also went beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our favorite would have to be the balcony, where we would stay in the early mornings and evenings. The host also went the extra mile to assist us and respond to our requests. She even willingly gave us a list of food stalls and coffeeshops (one is just right beside the gate, super good iced egg coffee). If we can go back to Hanoi again, this would be our first choice no doubt!

Room was huge! Living room, bathroom and bedroom all separate and clean. They had a water server in the room! That made all the difference with our 8 month old son. We could easily make his bottle with hot water readily available. The air conditioners worked superb and the staff really was amazing.

Property exactly as listed. Andy was extremely helpful and helped me recharge my phone. Very cheap for the space and facilities. Will definitely stay again :)

The hotel exceeded my expectation. I see it was well taken care of. And the staff were super helpful. I cannot say anything less about the Urban Westlake.

The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .
