It is a very modernly renovated barn. Out in the country side. 5 minutes from small city, with supermarket, good simple restaurantes, etc. Well equiped efficiency. All impecable. We never met the manager in person, but she was 24/7 available and responsive. The place is 15m from Ghent downtown, 35m from Brugge, 1h from Anwerpt and 45m from Brussels. It was a very good location for us.

Photos are very realistic and the house was clean, cozy and very comfortable, so we felt like home immediately. Area is quiet and parking around wasn't a problem. Of course parking was free. House was fully equipped and Kimberly was very helpful explaining all the details of it and the surroundings. Kitchen was fully equipped and free coffee tablets for all of us for the total of our stay, were supplied. We even had tea bags. Washing machine had dryer option which was very helpful as weather was rainy, so we had everything needed clean and dried. WiFi was excellent with no problems and helped us do some unexpected work remotely. Sitting area was very enjoyable and relaxing and the LG flat TV, spectacular! Hoover stick helped maintain the area clean. Super markets are only 5' driving time but be aware that are closing at 19.00 or even earlier. The train station to Bruges and Brussels is also 5' driving away with free parking spots so based in Beernem and traveling around is a good idea. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, comfortable and cozy and we had a plethora of towels available for our entire stay. We loved Beernem because of this house and we will definitely come back when possible. Kimberly is fantastic.
