Very clean and big appartment in the maincenter of the Burgas. Near the all remarkable places and near the sea. Very good stay. There was good big kitchen with everithig available. There was coffee machine to make coffee morning. Thanks to the owner! Wi see Burgas soon, and will stay here if will be available.

We had a great time, the property and the location was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, we received answers to any questions very quickly. We took our dog with us, it is a huge advantage that the property accepts dogs. The beach is close, not crowdwed at all, excellent for resting. There is a secured parking for each apartment, which is also great. Thank you for everything, we will return :)

This was a great place to stay at for our seven-day vacation to the Black Sea coast. The apartment is wonderful. It had absolutely everything we could have needed (for a five-person family) and more. The restaurants in the area were so good that we didn't wind up cooking very much but the kitchen had everything we would have needed and the hosts had a good sample of necessary groceries already prepared before our arrival. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed looking at the sea while drinking our morning coffee. The air conditioning worked great and the wifi was really good. The apartment is very stylish and modern with all the bells and whistles. The hot water lasts for two or three short showers and then you have to wait a bit but that wasn't a big deal. Very little noise from neighbors so the insulation between apartments must be really good. Easy and secure entrance to the building. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages (through Booking.com) and were there to meet us upon our arrival. The location is great for access to the beach...just a few minutes walk away through a beautiful park. The beach had everything you could need or want, we had a great, relaxing time. The main walking streets and the pier are a bit of a walk away from the apartment but not bad at all and if you go through the park it's more like an evening stroll. The restaurant downstairs was probably the best one we ate at while we were there. We went to the supermarket next to it numerous times as well. We rented a car so not sure how easy it would have been to get around without one but there were taxis all over the place. The parking was a bit difficult to figure out at first but afterwards it went smoothly.

    Excellent sea-front holiday apartment for 2 adults. Very nicely decorated, exceptionally well maintained, lovely sea view. Definitely recommend and would visit again. Thanks for everything to the hostess.

    Great apartment 50 m from the beach, a walking distance from the local shops, quiet and peaceful place, a very kind owner! I was very impressed especially of the price of the studio. I will definitely visit it again! I highly recommend it 😊 Well deserved 5 stars ⭐

    The apartment was very beautifully designed and very clean. I liked everything about it. There are parking places just in front of the building. You need to take ticket from a parking machine. The owner was kind and the communication was easy. The only negative thing in my mind is the elevator. You can't imagine that this old and scary elevator would take you to a such beautiful flat. Another point for improvement is the spare keys. When more than one person stay there a spare key or the code for the main entrance is needed.

    This place was fantastic! We received the key box code and the address early, so we didn't have to worry and could plan everything. The place itself was well-equipped with everything you could wish for. It was very clean, tidy, perfectly located, and a small convenience store was within a minute's walk. The Art Penthouse was flooded with light, had a comfortable bed and sofa, two balconies, a real loft for an unbeatable price!

    I had a very friendly reception and found a very clean apartment good standards. Just a tip. To find easily the place better but directly "Sands Studios" instead of direction in the booking confirmation leads a a location some 100 meters away.

    We had a lovely stay at Sunny Sands Studios. Everything was good. Communication through Booking.com by messages, she replies fast and provides all the info we needed, and wrote very good English which is not always so self-evident in Bulgaria. We picked up the keys at the small shop behind the corner. The apartment was spotless and there was everything we needed for our short stay. Walking distance from Burgas Airport and near the beach. We can highly recommend this place.
