What stood out to me about Iluminar was how thoughtful everything is! It’s as if they thought of every possible detail that could make your stay homey and they did it! I appreciate that it’s not just a money-grab spot and that they actually care about the comfort of their customers. On top of the little extra comforts in the room there are extra additives like filtered water and complimentary surf boards! WHAT?! That saves travelers so much money! The staff is smiley and approachable! It’s beautiful and romantic! The short walk to the beach is exotic and exciting! It was just awesome overall! Coming back with my husband!

One of the best appointed apartments I have ever stayed in. Brand new and upmarket furniture and appliances. Very comfortable. Near to beach, cafes and restaurants.

Yoga classes are held 3 times a week in the loft of the common building. Alejandra is an amazing yogi. Then there is Alejandro the concierge and general man about the hotel. He provides anything and everything you need. The Living Hotel a blissful place to stay.
