Branco Suites - Rooms & Holiday Apartments, apartment in Santa Maria

A recently renovated property, Branco Suites - Rooms & Holiday Apartments is located in Santa Maria near Praia de Santa Maria, Praia António Sousa and Ponta da Fragata Beach. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 500 metres from Nazarene Church. The accommodation provides a lift, full-day security and luggage storage for guests.

From the start of the communication after the booking until very last minute of our stay is was really great experience! An ideal location of the suites, proximity of all services (several supermarkets, restaurants, car rental etc.) and of course of the beach. Very short distance to Santa Maria pier in quiet part of city. Apartments are spacious, very well equiped and clean, wi-fi is strong and reliable. Staff is very kind and friendly and Zuela is really the best host we ever met. All the tips and advises were very useful and helpful. We spent in Branco Suites one week and would definitely recommend them as an unbeatable choice!

We loved everything about this property. The apartment was clean, modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy (even went and bought us a duvet as I can’t sleep without one :) The shower was great, it was in a great position but also quiet, the rooftop pool is amazing and the staff are great 👍 Walking distance to lovely sandy beach and all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the ocean located right in the heart of Santa Maria, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 1 to 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment has a bottle of water, towels, very comfortable matress, beach towels(!), all necessary kitchen utensils, and a new air conditioner. The apartment has good windows that block out most of the street noise, you just need to close them. The transfer from and to the airport was excellent and I also had a private tour of the island with the driver Jaime..

Had a perfect stay. The host Zuela met us in person and shared some tips about the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could need (kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, safe, ...). The building has extra security on the ground floor. The beach was very close (less than 10 minutes by walking). Getting to the center of Santa Maria was easy too (15-20 minutes by walking).

    Everything was wonderful. The apartment was well positioned with a wonderful garden view, steps away from the pool, and a few more steps to the beach. Stefy, the host, was very welcoming and informative. Just outside of the complex were great bars and restaurants. Relax in a beach front Bar/Restaurant. 10 out of 10. The apartment had everything you need of a great relaxing holiday.

The hotel is also very quiet and ideally located for us, right by the beach and also by AnguloBeach for water sports. JC is a really attentive host who was always helpful with many bookings such as car rental, taxi and restaurant tips. An absolute recommendation for a stay on Sal!

    Fantastic location right by Santa Maria beach and close to town, yet quiet. Apartment faced the delightful communal pool and gardens. Excellent security, entrances manned 24/7. Fabulous pool, good size and not too busy. Kitchen facilities limited in studio flat but adequate. Comfy bed, queen size. Housekeeping brilliant - cleaning and fresh towels every 2 days, sheets changed every 4 days including Sundays. Cleaner very kindly worked her schedule around us as far as possible. Staff helpful and friendly.

    Very well equipped clean and spacious apartment. Good location, within 500m from the beach, supermarket is just below the flat, good restaurants and the main street nearby.

    Very clean, spacious, modern apartment. Had everything I needed during my week stay. Location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, in a safe area. Smooth Check in/out process and even provided somewhere to store my luggage as I had a late flight. Added bonus the Apartment was cleaned during my stay, which I didn’t expect from a self catering apartment. Amazing communication from start to finish.

    - Porto Antigo II (2) does not have a beach right next to it, but it is within 3-5 mins walk (by the beach) to the best beach on the island. By the best I mean transparent water, white-ish sands and plenty of cafes within 50 meters of the beach itself - the staff at the reception were helpful during every interaction I've had with them - the studio apartment was a nice size with a terrace (apartment 20) - I was given an iron, espresso coffee maker and kettle on request

    Quiet area 15min walk from the centre, building have 24/7 security, feels safe. The flat is on the 3rd floor with a large balcony. Overall decent apartment with washing machine, fridge, stove, etc. Photos on booking.com are accurate

    Extremely clean and proper, comfortable and well situated 10m walk from the beach. The apartment is located in a private condominium, quiet and safe with 24/7 private security. The condominium swimming pool is excellent.
