Solingen
The apartment provides guests with a balcony, garden views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels.

Meals were not included in the price; however a kitchen was on the same floor as my bedroom, as was the shower/ toilet. I checked out on June 23rd, with the intention of flying from Dusseldorf to Birmingham that day. However, the flight was cancelled, with a flight to Manchester available early (0640) the following day. I rang the hosts to see a room for a few hours sleep was still available; it was. Not only that, I was picked up from Solingen Hbf at 2230 by one of the hosts. It gets even better. My train back to Dusseldorf departed at 0313. The host took me there at 0240 from No Beach. As the English saying goes, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this residence. Finally, it is a short walk away from Obus (trolleybus) route 682.

It was exceptionally clean. The space was well utilized. The kitchen and bathroom seemed brand new. We had restful sleep as the neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store was close by and we could walk to a great local restaurant
