Don't be fooled by the slightly worn appearance of the building. The apartment on the second floor is absolutely great! Cool interior, two large bedrooms, a really lovely bathroom, everything you might need and want in terms of equipment in the kitchen and otherwise. The host André is friendly and helpful, and a delicious bottle of champagne was waiting for us in the fridge.

We loved the beautifully decorated apartment. It was spacious and comfortable, filled with light. The location was excellent to walk everywhere and a 6 minute walk to train. Dominique was always available to communicate with. The apartment had all amenities to cook if you wanted to. We had a very comfortable stay and it was always a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring. Thank you Dominique for your hospitality!

We were 4 adult friends and we stayed 4 nights in the top floor apartment with the red kitchen. We used the off street parking. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, quiet, and just like the photos. We used the sofa bed which was comfortable and easy to use. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Epernay. Isabelle was easy to contact and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in her apartment.

This property is not a five star hotel it is mini apartments with basic self catering facilities. As such it attracts quite a few travelling contractors/workers etc in addition to tourists. This does affect the atmosphere/feel of the place and it could be slightly intimidating to a lone traveller. However we found it to be clean and comfortable, although a bit basic. Breakfast was excellent. We had no problems and would stay again.
