there is a very good kitchen, big fridge+freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bathroom and the private area, bed and arms chair. The annex is good value for the money, in a good residential area, quiet and the owner really helpful, very kind and prepared everything for us 😄

The parking was a big bonus too the fact we could park on the drive was very handy especially with suitcases shower was powerful and sofa's was comfortable too the garden was handy and spacious
