It was very nice of the owner to provide welcome dring and breakfast. Despite the fact the caravan is in the Holiday park, it was very quiet and we slept well. Very good communication with the property owner.

Very clean and good provision of linen and towels etc. cutlery and crockery also second to none! Huge fully stocked supply in the fridge to welcome us and champagne as an extra surprise in the master bedroom.

Situated in a very nice location (close to the sea), the flat is simply amazing! Very well equipped and decorated, nothing was missing (there were even kid toys!) and the beds were super comfortable.

Clean comfortable caravan. Great location, quiet area of the park but access to all amenities 5 min away ( through a path behind the caravans) Dvd and games/toys are a lovely addition. Great communication with host. Driving into Edinburgh centre took 30min max in the car but we did take the bus one day which took just over and hour. Around £2 single trip for adult and £1 child but family day pass can be bought.

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it. Thank you

Spacious house with modern amenities. Across the road from the river and park with big supermarket 10 minutes walk. Comfortable stay.
