A nice quiet location close to Woodstock and Blenheim Palace. Very well maintained by the owners, Richard and Susan, who go the extra mile to welcome guests. Apart from the beautiful view and gardens the highlight was "Mum's fruit cake" waiting for us when we got there. It didn't last very long as it was mouth wateringly delicious. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

It was very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and comfortable with some nice touches. We loved the room sprays and the fresh orange juice in the fridge. The outside area was lovely and spacious. Everything was thought of for a comfy stay. We would definitely be staying here again when visiting family in Witney.

Absolutely stunning location and perfect space for what we needed as a couple with a 4 Month old baby. Simple but had everything we needed, very clean and wonderful, accommodating hosts.

It had a 4 poster bed, a desk and bookshelf with various books . There was a glass each of complimentary port. The bathroom was also large with vintage style free-standing metal bathtub, and an entirely separate great shower with a wonderfully wide shower head. There was an adjoining toilet. There were luxurious bath towels and bathrobes. The location is excellent, and we enjoyed a couple of pleasant lengthy flat and easy walks from right outside the pub.
