My room was charming, comfortable and filled with special touches, such as tea and biscuits, and great built-in cabinets for storage. There was an unavoidable change of location at the last minute. Communication with Tom was first class. The 2 bedroom house was comfortable and exactly what we required. Tom allowed us to extend for two hours as we arrived very late, which was appreciated.
