Neatness : top notch, very clean. The tiles, wall decorations kitchen, it’s a beautiful place . The manager himself is just a person you want to meet. He felt like a family even though we met for the first time. I was to pay 3 dollars per day for the wifi but he allowed me to use without paying. And that was a fast wifi. There is this young security guy I like so much , very helpful. He alone can be the reason I’ll go back. Just across the street is a local grocery shop called provision store with prices just as the local areas. Location is perfect. Star bites just 10mins drive away My 200usd security deposit was fully returned Trust me you need to be at this place, it’s a great place.

A friend of mine and I stayed at this apartment for a week to attend a conference at the University of Ghana. We had our own rooms with air conditioners (almost brand new) and separate bathrooms. We also had a kitchen and a living room. We were pleased to stay at this apartment because everything worked well. The best part of our stay was Michael -such a kind human- who helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The communication with Ben -the owner- was also very effective, especially because we arrived at the place pretty late. And the place is very safe!

I liked the host, she is very warm and inviting, felt right at home as I arrived. All rooms exceeded my expectations and surprisingly gave massive comfort. The bathroom was clean with exquisite design, bedroom, sitting room, and even kitchen was an overall 10.
