Effie & Giannis were so reassuring through the booking & arrival process. The property is tucked in the beautiful old town. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Very clean accomodation with modern furnishing. Marilena is a very friendly and helpful host and has lots of tips for you. We had Suite Leros and our balcony was part of the common terrace/courtyard. We loved to sit there after an exhausting day with a glass of wine and enjoy the slight breeze. Location was great too. It wasn't far from anything but in the night it was silent enough that we were able to leave the window open. Although we didn't use it we loved that Netflix was available.

Mr Giorgos the owner very friendly, polite and helpful, gave me all the informations how to get the apartment and also the key. Easy to find it, in a quite area, near just 2min by walk the Diagoras ancient stadium, 20min to Rhodes center. You can pick a bus No6 to drop you to city center also, the bus station is 1min from the apartment. The room is comfortable, clean and new, big double bed, kitchen with a lot of electrical equipments, shower and a lovely yard. Definitely I will stay again, I recommend it.

My wife and I stayed in the Iama suite for a week: - Location: Although not in the old town, it's a 10-minute walk. Quiet street in a "real" neighborhood. - Apartment: Spotless. High quality materials (marble, granite, fancy shower, cookware) and equipment not typically found in this price range. Iama has a private jacuzzi and seating area in the back that we made extensive use of. Every day the apartment is cleaned and towels are renewed. - Breakfast: Brought to your door at the time of your choice in a big basket. You get to pick what you want out of a long list the night before. - Staff: Aggeliki makes the rating go from 9 to 10. She knows everything about Rhodes and everyone. Every day, we would tell her our program and she would suggest a restaurant run by a friend or give a tip. She runs the place like it's hers (it's not) and she's on-premise until 3pm every day. Any request will be accommodated: my wife mentioned that she was bothered by the light in the courtyard which is kept on at night for safety. When we came back at night Aggeliki had removed the bulb. One night it rained. Someone picked all the outside pillows (and towels that we had left) and brought them back in the morning without us even noticing. That's attention to details! More importantly, Aggeliki is a warm and friendly person that gives a great image of Rhodians and makes you want to visit again.

We liked the apartment very much! It was beautiful, clean and in the center of everything. Short walking distance to the beach and to the old town. Evi was the friendliest host and helped us if had any questions.

The new Marina is also about a 8-10 min walk. We had a fruit basket, bottle of wine & bottled water for our arrival- which was a lovely touch. We loved everything about the apartment! We will definitely be staying the next time we visit!

Despite the late hour, the host handed us the keys personally. He told us about the apartment and the surrounding area. He sent information about where to eat well? What to see? Which rental company should I use? He was in constant contact. Whenever we needed anything, he fulfilled our wishes. Too much!

Huge terrace with the penthouse apartment. Lovely modern bathroom. Loads of cooking utensils. Lift direct into the apartment. Great location. Good coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. Just outside the old town walls. Fab place.
