The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Really well equipped kitchen, so could definitely also host longer stays. Comfortable bed with crisp cotton sheets. Cozy warm light reading lamps in the bedroom which was a welcome change from the energy saving glaring lightbulbs you often get around these parts. Good water pressure and shower got really hot for those missing a proper hot shower in Guatemala. 8min tuktuk ride to the boat pier. Road noise didn't bother me at all, I always sleep with earplugs, but they also provide them if you need some. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, everything we needed was there. The facilites were fantastic. Host was very helpful and responded to our request well. Close enough to Panajachel to get to easily but not in the middle of everything. Perfect both for people who want to go and do tourist things or those who want to relax in a jacuzzi.

There is a lot to do with the game room, pool, kayaks, and dock where you can get a boat to go to the other cities around the lake. The restaurant food is amazing and reasonably priced for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, we just wish that the apartment was cleaner.

The perfect WiFi (best in Guatemala so far), the private kitchen (we had the superior apartment which means the one on the second floor), the terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner, the strong and warm shower (hot water on the right), the silence at night, staying in a real local neighbourhood away from “gringotenango” in the noisy centre, close to the local market and a large supermarket, good connections with tuk-tuk (but only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town). It is right in the centre but away from the street and within a lovely peaceful grounds/ garden. The owner is super helpful and also owns a Spanish school if you want to learn whilst you're here! You can work from here easily because the internet is good and they also offer a co-working package if you want really fast internet. There is also a lovely big roof terrace.
