Top compliment is that host was lightening fast in responding to a "problem" that didn't even exist. It was simply a difference between cultures. Our fault, but she was "Johnny On The Spot'. Host's husband was super sweet and friendly.

Check-in and communication with the host was easy and clear. It has all the amenities for a short stay and I would definitely repeat it in a next time. :)

We had the terrace superior apartment which was very secluded. Bonus was that it came with a hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay here after the Laugavegur hike and had a really great evening before moving on to our next road trip destination.

Well-appointed kitchen. Waterfall view from the flat. Excellent restaurant at the main hotel a 2 minute walk away. Hot tub a great bonus, though the water was very hot (for seasoned hot tub users)! Netflix on tv.
