The house was exceptionally clean. Giada also had an extensive collection of books available for reading, in both English and Italian. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials we required for our trip. We opted to take the tram to the city center, and the station was conveniently located just a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment. The train ride itself took approximately 20 minutes to reach the city center.

This place was an excellent choice for our stay. Classy, clean and convenient. It may be 15-20 min from the train station but the location is on the tram stop. No walking. It is modern and quite. The host is very cooperative, organized, responsive and a pleasent person. There are restaurants in neighborhood which are far reasonable and relaxed compared to the touristic area.

We liked absolutely everything about the property. Very spacious for family with two teens, perfectly clean, and with all amenities like in our own home. Location is great for exploring Tuscany, easy to reach Florence by tram, and the best part is calm surroundings after whole day in crowded cities around. Hosts are very kind and welcoming.

The apartment is spotless, bright, modern and spacious. There are good local restaurants, cafes, shops and a supermarket opposite. Trains and trams are plentiful to go into Florence and there is a small market nearby too. We went to Scandicci for a family wedding and Casa Fiorenza was perfect for us. Great Aircon for hot days and a balcony to sit and have your morning coffee. Clean modern bathrooms with 2 showers which are good for larger groups and all linens were fresh and clean. The host Lara was so helpful, offering advice on travel and facilities we could use, she was also brilliant when we were due to leave later than the official check out time and allowed us to stay until our cab came. Fantastic few days in gorgeous Florence.

Clean and very tidy, excellent communication with the host, transport links were easy as the tram stop was outside the apartment and only 20 mins to the city centre, with a selection of shops, small bars, restaurants and cafes close to the apartment it was a perfect few days to explore while being away from the busy city centre.

The terace and kitchen were big and we liked it and also the area is quiet but on the weekend there is a pizzeria nearby and you may hear people talking and laughing but it didnt bother us. The public trabsportation is easy to use and pretty close. The rooms are big and the bed very comfortable. Clean apartament. We love it
