Location is good except if you have to leave the house to catch a 5:45am to 6:45am ferry, it's pitch black outside on the street with no street lights, must bring a touch light or use your phone flash light. The Unit is 5-8 minutes walk from the ferry station. We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights in the facility and very clean. Close to Lawson to get drinks and food. The #101 unit we stayed in is good enough for a family of 6. Two Queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 Double pull out sofa bed. Super quiet unit. The host sent all information on check in morning 9:00 am with instructions of the front door code and unit door code as promised. Will recommend to traveler especially travelers who likes super clean units with good size fridge and kitchen utensils. Good supply of towels and Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, bath gel. NOTE: They do have a unit cleaning charge of 10,000-Yen on top of total unit cost. Even with the cleaning charge, is good value for money. Miyajima is a beautiful place to visit with great historical value.

Very clean and nice apartment. It is also located very close to a 7 eleven store and the train station. Everything was provided in the apartment like washing powder, coffee, green tea, etc..

We came to this town to visit family and found the location very convenient. The host communicated quickly and was friendly. She met us at a specified time to hand over the key and walk us through the apartment. She explained how things worked. She provided a local map with a few restaurant suggestions. Her house rules were clear. We liked the spacious size and amenities such as dishes, cutlery, some cooking pans (we didn't use them), the hot water kettle, refrigerator and microwave. If we needed to have an extended stay, this place would be perfect. For someone wanting to see Miyajima, the train is only a few minutes walk away and just a couple of stops down the line. This apartment offers an economical stay close to but not right in the middle of the tourist area.

This apartment has a great location close to the main entrance of Miyajima. It was easy to get to and the layout was very spacious. Also has a good laundry machine in the apartment which was helpful.

Probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The place was immaculate, very spacious, well-equipped, and at a fantastic price. Took my family on vacation to Japan and wished I had booked more days at this place. Thank you… I definitely intend on coming back.

Super warm welcome by the owner, despite some language difficulties - "worst case" would have been using a translator, but even with my broken Japanese, everything was fine. The house itself is extremely pretty and SUPER clean. I got more than enough tools for a 4-nights stay, even the small bit of trash was emptied, although (I believe) I was alone for a few days. The house is more than big enough to accommodate whole groups of travellers, in which case I more than recommend this house. It can definitely feel a bit lonely sometimes, as no one else is there, but if you're out doing things, that wouldn't matter too much. Furthermore, the owner was extremely responsive to messages on Booking, which was super helpful. Other than hat: Clean room, comfy bed, working AC, hot water, kitchen with everything you'd need.
