Beautiful hotel and room. The lobby smelled great every time we entered the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. Very clean and new. It was amazing to have a large bathtub and a washing machine. We also appreciated having many coat hangers which allowed us to hang and dry our clothes after washing. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Lots of towels were provided. Rooms were cleaned every 3rd day (2 times during our 7 night stay), which was ideal. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the city center, station, and anywhere else. Several convenience stores close to the hotel.

That could be due to my apartment being on basement level 1. Either way, I had plenty of natural lighting, really spacious accommodation, friendly staff, and everything felt very comfortable. A great blend of modern and old, all within a five minute walk of anything going on in Kyoto.

There was plenty of space in this beautiful spot - with 3 beds, 2 TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and separate shower. There was even a spa bath! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in this clean, new, modern apartment. The lady who checked us in (Mika, I think her name was?) was very friendly, polite and spoke excellent English - she was fantastic! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
