Very nice huge apartment right next to the river with a park, 7-Eleven and restaurant closeby. The staff was very nice and we could check in early.

The view in the photos does not do it justice! The apartment itself is very lovely. Super clean and well-maintained. Super easy check-in as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment had lovely traditional elements that added to the atmosphere for us. Overall it was very comfortable and warm, with a great view.

An exceptional flat that will allow you to put yourself in the shoes of a Japanese for the duration of your stay. The bathroom is typical and very pleasant after a long walk along the Nakasendo. Very attentive welcome. Magnificent view of the mountain.

Clean, comfortable and warm apartment. Had everything we needed. Closely located to train station and grocery store. Great views off private deck overlooking river and bridge. We were not bothered by the road being so close but did see the earplugs provided just in case. Very thoughtful. Lovely apartment would recommend if staying in Nagiso. Thank you

The most comfortable beds we've slept in, in Japan! Beautiful view from deck, and it was great staying in a traditional Japanese apartment. It was a bit loud with traffic but host provided earplugs & I've lived on a main road before so I still slept. (Blackout curtains would be a bonus to stop car lights shining in though). We arrived on a Sunday night and all restaurants were closed or booked out but there is a well stocked 7-11 just up the road and we had a great meal from there.

The view from the apartment, the place was very comfortable, and although the road nearby was noisy there were earplugs and it was a private place.

We spend two nights in this apartment, located on a top floor of a 2-storey building on a very busy road. The apartment was very comfortable with a fantastic view of Momosuke Bridge from the balcony. We walked 3.4 kilometres to Tsumago and enjoyed this beautiful village without tourists. Nagiso Station is 5 min away. There are frequent buses to Tsumago-Magome.

This was the biggest room we had in Japan. It was really a small apartment. We didn’t see anyone when we arrived but we had excellent and clear communication from our host by email, so there were no problems getting in to the property, from clear instructions to get there from the station to getting the key from the lock box on site. The view of the bridge from the living room was a bonus. There is traffic noise but this was clearly told to us and we use ear plugs anyway so it was no problem.
