Canada
Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Best shower in Osaka!! The room was lovely and bright with a large balcony. Walking machine and induction hob was perfect additions. Location was perfect and allowed us to move freely within osaka. Cannot rate highly enough.

Location is very good. So close to Ebisucho station. Has a balcony, nice view. Clean. Close to Nippombashi and Shinsekai. There is no personnel waiting so its a relax place. There is a washing machine in the room. Room size is medium large.

Pros: Spacious rooms than the most hotels in Japan.I like that it have 3 beds because we are a family traveller with babies and kids and my family's body built is big.We are big people. Their kitchen appliances have english guide on how to use They have basic things there such as plates,pot and pans to use. They always have new set of towels for long stay. You have to message them thru booking . com for the trash to be out of the room when it's stinky and full,they are responsive here since I don't have japan sim to call numbers.And they already have the extra garbage plastic in there. Aircon was pretty cool and sometimes we use it as heater. Very good water pressure. I super like their bathroom with dry function that it can dry clothes easily. Good thing is there's a lot of hangers to use. Location wise. 7mins walk to train station and there is a nearby don quijote store. Easy check-in. You just have to follow instructions.

The record players in the rooms and the record rental service is such a great feature. A short walk to the station meant it was also really convenient to head to Universal Studios from the hotel. Highly recommend.
