The air-conditioned apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and slippers. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security.

Modern flat, designed and furnished meticulously. Very comfortable home base during our visit, I only wish we had more time to stay. Immaculately kept, sparkling clean with everything our family of 4 needed. Friendly owner who was kind enough to drive us back to the train station so we didn’t get soaked in the rain. Highly recommended.

The rental yukatas and hantens were the most stylish and unique compared to what guests at other ryokans were wearing. Location is excellent, close to train station and main street and onsens. Staff gave us an onsen pass for the 7 onsens in town. We also got a private booking at the bath in house. Staff provided an orientation to town and also provided excellent hospitality, including amazing food service. Rooms were traditional and a little old but comfortable and the bathroom had a Toto.

I had the best experience with Morizuya, they truly are hosts by their heart and go above and beyond to meet your needs and wants. Especially nice is the private onsen you can use and the free Kimono rental. The breakfast was a delight as well! I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything.✨️

Staffs are very friendly & the apartment is very clean. It’s big enough for our family of 4 adults. We like the Yukata that they provided. We wear to go for onsen. We used google translate to communicate with staffs.

While not a typical ryokan, the location and price are very nice for Kinosaki. The room is very barebones, but the bed itself is comfy. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is nice. The room is quiet, and tucked away from the cafe / street below. You can rent a yukata for free, and they supply you with a rental towel and hand towel for the onsens. If you are planning on just going to any number of the seven public onsens, this is an affordable choice,

I loved my stay here - it was such a cosy and traditional experience. I loved getting to sleep on the futon bed and using the yakuta for going to the onsens. The host was very kind, letting me leave my bag at the property before check-in and after check-out, plus giving me some information about the onsens.
